Recruitment and Training
One of the immediate goals of the Company is to maximize local benefits from mineral production by recruiting and training local employees to work in the operations. The Dikulushi program has been an outstanding success.
Approximately 93% of the Company’s 2,550 employees have been recruited locally. Many occupy important technical and management positions acquiring skills and experience of value to a wide range of industries and businesses.
