Recruitment and Training
One of the immediate goals of the Company is to maximize local employment by recruiting and training Congolese employees to work in the Company's operations.
Most of Anvil's employees have been recruited locally. Many occupy important technical and management positions acquiring skills and experience of value to a wide range of industries and businesses.
