Recruitment and Training

One of the immediate goals of the Company is to maximize local employment by recruiting and training Congolese employees to work in the Company's operations.



Approximately 90% of Anvil's employees have been recruited locally. Many occupy important technical and management positions acquiring skills and experience of value to a wide range of industries and businesses.
